Pretty cool, I always love reading about baseball in odd places. This guy seems to have been inspired by Bill "Spaceman" Lee, who wrote a book called "Have Glove, Will Travel." Good book, Lee played in weird places like Russia. Too much of the book is about Lee's drug/alcohol escapades, though, which are pretty boring and stupid... Still, it's a good read.
