The bassists of an orchestra have some drinks...The bass players of an orchestra are getting ready to perform Bethoven's Ninth Symphony. Since they only need to perform in the final movement of the symphony, they decide to go have some drinks. They go to the bar and start drinking, and they start to get pretty hammered. 2 of them completely pass out cold. At this point, it's almost time for their part. So they stumble back into the orchestra pit and get ready to play. In other words: The bassists were loaded with 2 out in the bottom of the 9th!
